DEATH VALLEY, CA

This Expedition marked a return to the Gold Bottom and Stockwell Mines in Death Valley, with the goal of fully exploring both sites, along with a wellness check on Red at his residence and a survey of the Davenport Mine.

The environment combined extensive underground workings with remote desert terrain, requiring vertical systems, methodical route clearing, and sustained situational awareness throughout.

Emphasis was placed on complete site coverage, careful documentation, and maintaining relationships within the area rather than covering new ground.

The Expedition concluded without incident, resulting in full exploration of Gold Bottom and Stockwell, a successful check-in with Red, and initial reconnaissance of the Davenport Mine, which has been identified as the primary objective for the next phase of operations.
